Job Duties What You'll Do: Grow your green career with us! Enhance the appearance and value of properties through the cultivation of shrubs and trees. Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and trees. Perform proper pruning to prevent girdling roots and promote a central leader on trees. Transplant seedlings, cuttings, trees, and shrubs. Prepare trees for pickup through the process of balling and burlapping. Load and unload materials, containerized shrubs, plants, and trees. Maintain and repair irrigation and climate control systems. Drive, use, maintain and properly operate landscape equipment.
