Greene Concrete Cutting, Inc. General Laborer / Concrete Saw Operator in WOODS CROSS, Utah
About us.
Greene Concrete Cutting specializes in cutting and drilling asphalt and concrete. We train our operators from having no construction experience to being able to operate and maintain concrete cutting equipment on their own. We have operators who core drill, flat saw (gas/electric), wall saw, hand saw, curb saw and grind. We also have a break and remove crew who do minimal demolition projects and a cutting/sealing crew who do mostly contract/federal freeway/roadway jobs (occasional out of town work). As a trainee, you will go out with an operator(s) for 3-6 months before potentially operating out of your own truck depending on the needs of the division you are in.
This is a driving position, so we do require an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and driver's license. It is our goal as a company to train you to the best of our ability so you can be a reliable and experienced concrete cutter. Having construction experience will help but is not required. You will be asked to work occasional weekend hours. Prospective employees will need to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and physical (non-invasive). Heavy lifting may be required. A CDL license is a plus, so please put that on your resume/application.
