As our Flatbed Die Cutter Operator, you\u2019ll play a crucial role in making sure every cut is sharp, precise, and meets our high standards. What You\u2019ll Do:

  • Flatbed Die-Cut Pro: Set up and operate our flatbed die-cutting equipment (Perfecta, Polar, and more), making each cut perfect from the start.

  • Precision Problem Solver: Monitor operations for any hiccups, troubleshoot as needed, and make adjustments to ensure smooth, flawless production.

  • Maintenance Guru: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep the equipment running like a well-oiled machine.

  • Quality Inspector: Conduct regular quality checks and inspections, catching any issues and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

  • Setup Specialist: Use spotting tapes and packing to level cuts precisely and maintain consistent quality.

  • Job Ticket Follower: Follow job tickets closely, keeping production on schedule and meeting all specific job requirements.

  • Clean & Organized: Keep your workspace neat, orderly, and ready for the next run.

  • Team Trainer: Share your die-cutting expertise by training co-workers and setting the standard for excellence.

  • Documenting Star: Complete non-compliance documentation, follow safety protocols, and stick to environmental guidelines to keep everything in check.


What You\u2019ll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: Prior experience operating flatbed die-cutting equipment like Polar, Perfecta, or similar.

  • Reading & Math Skills: Ability to read safety rules, operation guides, and perform basic math, including fractions and conversions.

  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for quality with strong color vision and hue-testing abilities.

  • Tech Know-How: Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining accurate records.

  • Core Competencies: Accuracy, reliability, decision-making, time management, and self-motivation.
