Quality Inspector Level 2 Job Summary: Monitor and measure product to ensure compliance with customer requirements. To control nonconforming product. Essential Functions: Monitor manufacturing operations per manufacturing control plans Provide first article buy offs for machined, sheet metal and assembled parts Provide first article services as required Verify equipment and instruments used in mfg processes are calibrated Assist with receiving inspection from various outside processes Verify equipment is operating correctly and safely Maintain quantities and operation accountability on manufacturing control plans Qualifications: Proficient in the following: Final Inspection In Process Inspection FAI Reports Corrective Action Investigation- a plus First run verification QMS Maintenance Internal auditing- a plus Net inspect- a plus Desired Experience: Must be able to read manufacturing control plans including PCM 1 to 2 years in aerospace manufacturing and fabrication assembly as a QA Inspector CMM Experience Understanding of non-conforming product Familiar with geometric tolerance Excel and ERP system experience a plus Proficient Use of: Calipers, Height Gauge About Accurus Aerospace Kent, LLC Accurus Aerospace Kent LLC was founded in 1977 in Kent, WA.
