Deburr Technician Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 6am to 6pm Job Summary Remove the small imperfections known as burrs from machined metal products which can compromise the quality of the finished part if they are not removed. Minimum requirements: Manufacturing experience a plus Ability to stand for 8 hours Attention to detail Ability to use power tools Ability to read and follow instructions Required Skills and Education: 1 Year of experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing environment Removing burrs from machined parts using various hand and power tools Blending of castings, forging and hogged out products Polishing and blending of surfaces Checking work to blueprint requirements with assistance Selecting proper methods and tools for deburring with assistance Maintaining all records required by the company Maintaining deburring equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Following safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Reporting safety incidents to supervisor Proactive approach, adherence to quality and effective communication skills Perform tumbling process Perform various polishing processes Visually inspect product for defects High attention to detail High School diploma/ GED/ Or proven work history Strong Verbal and communication skills are critical in this position About Accurus Aerospace Kent, LLC Accurus Aerospace Kent LLC was founded in 1977 in Kent, WA.
