The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health Systems Management operating unit, which focuses on Healthcare IT solutions for our Federal, State, and Local government clients. Developer design, develop, and test application/ interfaces and create technical documentation for applications.
Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking an IT Desk Side Support Analyst who will support projects at a large federal agency. This position will be located in Woodlawn, MD.
Description of Work:
Work onsite with the customer's technical teams, customer employees, onsite contractors, and customer leadership to build relationships.
Perform as an IT service desk side IT support supporting customer employees for the Office of Information Security (OIS).
Perform all service IT requests for onsite customers.
Rapidly gain an understanding of the customer's IT service process, policies, and procedures for supporting customer IT requirements.
Support technical requirements for program.
Design, test, and implement state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products, including design of high level dashboards, using data feeds from different network tools.
Participate in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access.
May prepare status and security reports to customers and to regulatory agencies.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Solid understanding and ability to perform desk side IT services and customer support
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interact with the internal Agency customers and provide troubleshooting, laptop support, laptop imaging, printer support, SharePoint support
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Site LAN coordinator support as needed to provide systems administration support, including on-call/weekend pager support
Certifications: A+, Network+, or Sec+ Possess US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) status.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
Personable disposition, can work with any customer with a variety and wide range of customer understanding of technology.
Reliable, dependable, and can work multiple actions for supporting customer IT needs
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Certifications: CISSP, CCNA
Access Management Experience
Organizational skills, understanding of ticketing systems
