We are searching for an Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. This individual will play an integral role in shaping our Process Material Team with a special focus on project management and performance tracking. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business processes, major initiatives, and metrics

  • Collaborate with colleagues in driving projects and providing updates

  • Conduct root causing of gaps in metrics

  • Coordinate cross-cutting projects with other colleagues

  • Drive innovation in team processes

  • Support the Business Management System for the team

    Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, business management, or supply chain

  • Excellent writing, editing, oral communications, communications planning skills in English

  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders

  • Enjoys solving problems and tackling challenges

  • Project management skills – e.g., good tracking of progress, calling out issues in a supportive manner, excited about innovating and creating solutions, comfortable in navigating through ambiguity

  • Strong analytical capabilities, e.g., strong data cleaning skills, advanced excel, Power BI, VBA, etc.

  • Travel - Up to 10%
