Introduction:

We are looking for a team leader to manage baseline team KPI and assign tasks for all baseline engineers to cover all HOL improvement to meet the target. You will also attend and handle customer meeting including customer QBR and handling customer irritant. As a team leader, you will continuously drive SPC and ECAP improvement and New F7 DOI SPC system.

Your Job:

  • Lead team to support the fab operations in terms of inline excursion monitoring, yield recovery, base-line improvements and continuous process tool defect performance improvement activities.

  • Be part of defect team in performing defect characterization and defect source analysis.

  • To lead teams and work with Modules in improving and developing defect monitoring and sampling methodology.

  • Identify, resolve, and improve YDD manufacturing related problems.

  • Train YDD engineers for both FEOL and BEOL defect troubleshooting, defect characterization skills, defect reduction and yield improvement methodology.

  • Provide dynamic revision of inspection smart sampling strategy based on inline excursion rate, defect limited yield analysis, tool capacity, and line coverage to achieve Excursion Free Manufacturing (EFM).

  • Represent YDD and attend customer conferences call, customer visits and audits with knowledge and confidence.

  • Responsible for wafer quality to conform to product requirements and have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems.

    Required Qualifications :

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry

  • Knowledge in defect or yield improvement skills is required.

  • Good knowledge of defect reduction strategy, defect to yield correlation methodologies, existing defect solutions and its roadmap in the market.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good analytical and project management skills

  • Organized and systematic in problem solving, familiar with SPC, DOE & FMEA
