Project 1 Title

Facility SPC Analysis and Documentation Management

Project Objective / Purpose (Introduction)

To understand the Mechanical Application and Environmental Impact in wafer fab with the control and monitoring using SPC Data Analysis and Documentation Management.

Project Description

Clean room design, concept and variables affecting the cleanroom environment.

Project Outcome

Intern will be knowledgeable on the Semiconductor Cleanroom overall Management and Control to achieve product conformity through proper data analysis, understanding of the cause and effect of manufacturing activities in a controlled process and develop capability to give recommendation for system improvement and control.

Project 2 Title: Facilities Ultra Pure Water (UPW)

Project Objective

Wafer fabrication is the fundamental of all electronics and its applications in the semiconductor supply chain.

This project aims to share knowledge and expertise on the Semiconductor Facilities Building Estate Quality Management which encompasses maintaining Cleanroom operation and sustainability.

Project Description:

Interns will get exclusive insights and hands-on experience in Global Foundries’ state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing environment. Through shadowing experts in the field and assisting in works in Facilities, you will gain a deeper understanding on the Facilities Ultra Pure Water and the different Quality Management tools in semiconductor industries. Development of system automation for early detection and control.

Interested applicants should be inquisitive and have a positive learning attitude.

Project Outcome

Interns will gain knowledge and expertise on the Ultra Pure Water, its operation and sustainability process, and master different Quality Tools in the semiconductor industries.

At the end of the internship, a presentation of learning experience with recommendations for improvement is required.

Project 3 Title: Facilities Building Estate Quality Management (BEQ)

Project Objective
