Penn Pallet Laborer in Woodland, Pennsylvania

Penn Pallet is currently hiring for 2nd shift pallet reclaim. Offering a great starting rate of $ 18.00/hour, with weekly production incentive. We let you control your incentive pay, based off your own individual performance. Paid weekly every Friday. Employees are also offered paid holidays, safety recognition program, earned vacation and individual / family insurance benefits after 30 days.

A successful employee will be able to assist in the break down of a pallet.  Pushing / pulling through band saw to cut apart the pallet, sorting lumber into usable piles and then cutting the boards to specific sizes.  This is a team area, so you will need to be able to work with others to ensure a productive pace. 

Ability to work as a team and still set a pace that is productive to meet daily production goals Ability to lift up to 50 lbs while bending, twisting, reaching and stacking during 8 hour shift Ability to push, pull, bend and twist while tearing down pallet. Operation of various saws

Willing to work in varied temperatures Education & Experience Experience in wood industry helpful, but not needed.

Willingness to learn position

2nd shift - Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm.  Paid breaks and lunch period.
