Senior Aerospace Account Manager Woodinville, WA Are you an accomplished sales professional looking for a new challenging and rewarding step in your career? Look no further than our Senior Aerospace Account Manager role in our Aerospace division with PPG. As a Senior Aerospace Account Manager, you will achieve all sales and market goals for an assigned region by personal and direct sales, assurance of accurate performance of products, and managing the complete sales process to major accounts or groups of accounts within our Aerospace customers. You will be based in Woodinville, WA but position will require you to work in field and be customer-facing. You will report to the Business Director. Total compensation includes all the tools you will need to succeed in this high-level sales role including a company car, fuel card, and more! Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer and broad market intelligence to work with business to develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies.
  • Develop and record the product and dollar sales potential of all accounts and prospects within the territory and uses the recorded information to guide sales efforts to acquire the maximum customer and market reach.
  • Negotiate appropriate contracts to solidify sales growth with accounts. Report and recognize developing price trends by market.
  • Analyze the impact on price changes on the business and make the appropriate recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain multi-tiered personal customer relationships and take steps to improve personal relationships between PPG Aerospace management and customer management.
  • You will develop forecasts for customers and products and advises management of new or changed conditions.
  • Use experience of technical details of products and recommended application of products following company recommendations or industry standards.
  • Work with major Aerospace OEMs to identify technology solutions and manage the commercialization of these solutions through qualification and production launch.
  • Become an expert at PPG Selling Machine and use tools and practices to grow the business to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Minimum 10 (ten) years' of experience in a Customer Service role and/or Sales Representative position for higher technical products and markets.
  • Experience with Aerospace parts and assemblies preferred.
  • Travel up to 20% throughout North America and worldwide to support customers.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Starting salary base $120,000 with sales bonus potential. #LI-Remote PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
