BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 Production Technician I in Woodinville, Washington

In this role as Production Technician on the Woodinville, WA Global Supply Chain team, you will print shop papers, ensure equipment is in calibration, check materials, and work on the process. This team is responsible for filling over 5 million bottles a year. Our group fills materials from upstream production and fills material into component containers. Label, clean and segregate all materials and keep a clean and organized work space. In addition, you will have the ability to work individually when needed, learn equipment, and read and follow SOP's and individual work instructions. The Bio-Rad Global Supply Chain's Manufacturing teams focus on building high quality products for our customers in support of testing in clinical diagnostic labs and life sciences research. The Manufacturing teams are located in the Americas, Europe, and Singapore and produce regulated and non-regulated products that range from reagent kits to small and large instruments, plastics, and consumables. They also collaborate and work seamlessly with our supply chain to meet, and exceed, our customers' expectations. How You'll Make An Impact: Support the Bio-Rad Manufacturing plant producing products Implement continuous process improvements. Gain a deep understanding of the manufacturing process Gain knowledge to ensure we maintain the highest standards and deliver those high quality products to out customers. In conjunction with the packaging team, this role may work cross-functionally between pakcing, plate coating, filling and other production areas. What You Bring: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Additional technical training/coursework beyond high school preferred. Related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out basic written or oral instructions. Ability to operate simple lab/test equipment. Basic math, problem solving and computer skills. Compensation: The estimated hourly pay rate for this position is $19.13 to $26.30 per hour, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
