Position: Business Systems Analyst Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ/HybridReporting to: Director, Information TechnologyAt SeaCube, we acquire, own, manage and lease containers which are essential intermodal equipment used in global containerized cargo trade. This equipment has enabled the growth in global containerized trade because it allows efficient movement of goods via multiple transportation modes, including ships, rail, and trucks. We lease out equipment primarily under long-term contracts to the world's largest shipping lines. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst. In this key role, you will be blending the responsibilities of a Business Process Analyst, Integrator and Application Support Specialist. The primary focus is to change, maintain, and implement business systems and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.•Change: Analyze and re-engineer business processes and systems to introduce new practices, streamline operations, and enhance service delivery.•Maintain: Oversee the maintenance of existing platforms and solutions, including SQL Server, QlikSense (BI), and integrations between various business and accounting systems.•Implement: Lead new initiatives and actively engage in the hands-on implementation of projects related to Data Management, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Analytics.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:•Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to gather, organize, and analyze business system requirements.•Operational Improvement: Identify and analyze opportunities for operational improvements through enhanced systems, services, and processes.•Project Lead: Execute the implementation of projects as a technical leader, manager and/or member.•Standards and Procedures: Develop and promote overarching standards and procedures to adapt to the evolving business environment.•System Design and Support: Participate actively in system design, implementation, and support, including hands-on technical tasks, customer engagement, and project resource management.Qualifications / Skills:•Technical Skills:•Proficiency with MSSQL and BI/Analytic systems.•Experience in designing/building data warehouses/data marts is a plus.•Knowledge of Salesforce.com, QlikSense, Lawson, FSM, Rental4000 is advantageous.•Implementation: Proven experience in end-to-end business systems implementation and process improvements.•Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in both business and technology contexts.Education / Experience:•Experience: Minimum of 6 years in relevant roles.•Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related technical field.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, or veteran status.
