FNA, a subsidiary of HUB, is seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Vice President, PEO Specialist.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding the PEO concept and current market

  • Developing a plan to educate FNA employees, clients, and prospects of this type of solution

  • Qualifying groups to determine if they are the right fit for a PEO

  • Supplying checklists to quote a PEO

  • Market and manage RFP process

  • Building transparent and easy to read cost analysis proposals for the client

  • Solidifying the client-PEO partnership during implementation

  • Quarterbacking the relationship to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Review and analyze all current PEO/FNA contracts and relationships to optimize revenue

  • Develop and maintain relationships with PEO partners, to include compensation review and negotiation

  • Work closely with Marshall & Sterling with a focus on upstate carriers (such as Highmark and the UHC upstate push)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years’ experience in benefits administration with a preference to online enrollment.

  • Experience with Employee Navigator strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Functionality).

  • Experience with building/maintaining Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files a plus.

  • Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material.

  • Strong analytical skill set and ability to effectively use data for strategy.

  • High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and accuracy/thoroughness.

  • Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality.

  • Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results through problem solving.

  • Proven judgement, creativity and analytical skills are required to analyze, recommend, and improve workflows.

  • Valid LA&H license

The expected pay range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.
