Live Our Values! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Procurement Manager with enforcement and compliance of comprehensive purchasing process for entire company. Process transactions (i.e.., approve requisitions and new supplier requests) in accordance with the timeframe required in the Internal Procurement procedure. Providing purchase order documentation to the Accounts Payable department to process payment. Act as a liaison with Accounts Payable regarding invoicing issues, supplier terms, price discrepancies, etc. Work with supplier issues collaboratively. Sending purchase orders to suppliers and placing orders online on behalf of TFP. Find vendors that can accommodate the needs at a better cost. Providing recommendations on new or alternative quality products suitable for the Companys activities. Assisting in evaluating historical purchasing data to accommodate better purchasing. Troubleshoot concerns/issues - Respond in accordance with the Procurement process and provide optimal "customer service" to the suppliers regarding issues/concerns as they pertain to Procurement. Support the Procurement process, ranging from running reports, keeping track of the Master Log in, Purchase Order Number Log, and uploading projects for the Procurement team. Monitor supplier adherence to all contractual pricing and obligations and resolve issues as needed. Work with the Leadership team and other suppliers to ensure Procurement Service Level Commitments are met. Reconcile the TFP AMEX Expense Report monthly. Answering phone, scan, copying and email Procurement inquiries both internal and external. Maintain clear documentation and audit trail of Procurement activities. Back up the Procurement Manager in his absence Perform all other duties as required and directed by Manager. Pay - $20.00 30.00/hr.
