Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections of fire extinguishers according to established schedules and standards. Conduct thorough examinations of extinguishers to identify any defects, damages, or signs of wear. Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and maintenance activities for each extinguisher. Conduct servicing and recharging of fire extinguishers to ensure they are fully functional and ready for use. Ensure that all serviced fire extinguishers meet relevant fire codes, regulations, and standards. Update and maintain accurate records of services provided, including dates, details, and any necessary corrective actions. Communicate inspection findings and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders. Interact professionally and courteously with clients while on-site, addressing any questions or concerns. Provide knowledgeable advice and guidance regarding fire extinguisher maintenance, usage, and safety practices. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales or customer support, to coordinate service requests and resolve issues. Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to fire extinguisher servicing. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Share expertise and knowledge with colleagues to contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Pay $18.50 24.00/hr.
