Provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments, welcoming and greeting clients, ordering new nail supplies as needed, and answering clients’ nail related questions. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat nail appointments. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times. Keep abreast of the latest nail products, trends, and techniques to ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided.Responsibilities:1. Apply artificial nails.2. Recommend various nail designs and nail art to clients.3. Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences.4. Evaluate the condition of clients’ nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.5. Sanitize all nail instruments and equipment before each use.6. Ensure that workstations are kept clean and orderly.7. Ensure that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked.8. Provide quality hand and foot massages.Typical work hours for the position are 40 hours per week, including weekends.Requirements: High school diploma and 3 months of relevant experience. State of New Jersey Manicurist license or eligibility required.
