As a Resident Services Coordinator,you’llbe responsible forassistingwith the management and administration of theday-to-dayoperations of the Community Association business. Handle customer service functions. Maintain communication with Board of Trustees and homeowners. Serves as the primary source of contact for residents and homeowners on association matters.ÂÂ

This is a Part-Time position - 25 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:Â Â

Â

  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions for the roleÂÂ
  • Assure that the policies,resolutionsand other acts of the Board are carried outÂÂ
  • Be knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements of a community associationÂÂ
  • Provide excellent customer service andmaintainopen lines of communication with fellow Associates,homeownersand Board of TrusteesÂÂ
  • Have general knowledge and understanding of building systems and componentsÂÂ
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the CompanyÂÂ
  • Work closely with Management to learn all responsibilities of site operationsÂÂ
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as mayreasonably bedirected andrequiredÂÂ
  • Log work requests in Connect and generate work orders for maintenance staff and/or contractorsÂÂ
  • Update work order log with notes and action taken by vendors.ÂÂ
  • Close open work orders in system when complete by vendor. Work order is not considered complete unless the vendor has signed original work order and returned to office.ÂÂ
  • Provide Community Manager with work order log for inclusion in Board package.ÂÂ

Skills & Qualifications:Â

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceÂ
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.ÂÂ
  • Proficiencyin computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windowsrequired.ÂÂ
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.ÂÂ
