  • Assist in full cycle recruitment of quality candidates.
  • Provide staffing strategies to source, identify, and attract top talent.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Executives, Hiring Managers, and Vendors.
  • Establish and utilize an ongoing database of candidates.
  • Develop and maintains relationships with schools, programs, and other healthcare affiliations/sources to ensure ongoing competent and diverse pool of candidates.
  • Demonstrate understanding of clinical and credentialing terminology, processes, etc.
  • Provide complete and accurate company and position information both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain candidate statuses/dispositions and provide candidate status updates daily.
  • Prepares credentials file for completion and presentation to Potomac Healthcare Project Managers, ensuring file completion within time periods specified.
  • Processes requests for privileges, ensuring compliance with criteria outlined in clinical privilege descriptions.

Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the healthcare field required.

Bachelor's Degree in related field.

High level healthcare professionals including Physician recruitment experience preferred.

Experience sourcing candidates using a variety of resources including but not limited to Boolean search strings, cold-calling, job boards a must.

Excellent time management/organization skills.

Must be able to work independently.

Experience with applicant tracking software (ATS), ADP Workforce Now a plus.
