This New Jersey-based Project Manager position is a short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.

  • Lead an efficient flow of work and information through marketing, creative, and production departments

Requirements - Background in business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development

  • Branding standards experience preferred

  • Practical knowledge of communication

  • Comprehension of Eloqua

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Office Suites

  • Multi-Channel Marketing experience

  • Skills in Troubleshoot

  • Earlier work involving Verbal Instructions

  • Quality experience with Microsoft Teams

  • Digital Marketing experience

  • Hands-on experience with Marketo

  • General familiarity with Basecamp

  • Previous experience working with Management skills

  • Proven knowledge of web design

  • Wide ranging experience with Zoom

  • Experience with HubSpot

  • Good understanding of Written Communication

  • Project management experience

  • Proficiency in video

  • Experience in a range of project management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications

  • Ability to use your discretion and act on it

  • This role would be best suited for candidates with previous accounting experience in a key role in system projects

  • Candidates with a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification are preferred

  • Versatile project planning abilities that include project costing techniques

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to executive management, team members, business and technology professionals

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
