Role Description : Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of Infor Syteline ERP.

What will you be responsible for:

  • Provide Syteline end user support for application usage and troubleshooting.

  • Train users in Syteline application functionality.

  • Provide support for financial and government audits.

  • Assist in design and development of solutions for business needs in Syteline.

Qualifications:

What will you need to be successful in the role:

  • Syteline Application implementation and/or support experience – Required

  • Extensive knowledge of Syteline configurations and application functionality - Required

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects – Required

  • SQL skills in MS-SQL environment – Required

  • Experience in collaborating with internal users and external consultants – Required

  • Effective collaboration and communication skills – Required

  • Experience in design and development of customizations in Syteline - Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
