Cummings Properties Energy Retrofit Manager in Woburn, Massachusetts

This new Energy Retrofit Manager (ERM) role is ideal for a highly motivated professional seeking career growth. This is a great opportunity for a professional with meaningful experience in project management, operational efficiencies, value-engineering proposed work, and reducing operating expenses, particularly in the area of HVAC equipment replacements and retrofits. Your first project will likely be starting with the conversion of existing HVAC equipment, in approximately 50 buildings, to energy efficient air-source heat pumps. This exciting, fast-paced role offers the opportunity for growth in a diverse range of other projects, including new buildings, additions, common-area renovations, tenant fitups, EV charging stations, lighting retrofits, and solar array installation and maintenance. As an ERM, you will collaborate with team members from the design, purchasing, sustainability, construction, and maintenance departments, and report directly to senior management. The ERM will maintain whole-project responsibility from conception to completion. S/he will leverage sound organizational skills, have a talent for multitasking, and adhere to deadlines to efficiently and effectively complete projects.
