JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: General Labor Location: Wisconsin Rapids, WI Pay: Starting at\$20.31/hour initial training and laborer rate Advance to \$25.46 - \$25.79/hour in as little as 15 days after training at a position Shift Differential adder, \$0.85/hour for 2nd Shift, \$1.05/hour for 3rd Shift \$2000 sign on bonus, based on successful completion of probationary period and length of service. Double time for Sunday and holidays Holiday pay from day one 1 floating holiday and 3 birthday holidays Eligible for vacation after probationary period Company contribution to Health Saving Account Eligible for Gainsharing and Profit Sharing Generous 401k with company contribution and match, and a generous benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision. Shifts:This is a rotating shift- The shift rotations are like this: 7 days 11-7 then 2 days off, 7 days 3-11 then 1 day off, 7 days 7-3 then 4 days off. Open availability is required, this is a relief position, employees may be asked to work a variety of first, second and third shifts. Sometimes some employees can work all three shifts in any given week depending on where the openings are. We will try to give employees 5 days on a single shift if possible, but there are no guarantees. The employee may also work the later shifts multiple weeks in a row.
