JOB REQUIREMENTS: We seek an experienced Compliance Officer to join our BWD team. This role manages the bank\'s compliance programs including: policies, procedures, systems monitoring, technology-based controls, compliance training, as well as compliance monitoring and testing. In addition, the Compliance Officer facilitates both internal and external reviews, audits, and exams. To be considered, you must have the following experience and skills. Expertise with internal controls assessment, risk assessment, design and development of audit programs, testing, process flowcharting, business process review, balance sheet, and financial accounting. Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 7-10 years bank operations or compliance/audit experience. At least 5 years supervisory experience. Approachable demeanor with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, regulators, and auditors. We want to build long-term careers and relationships.
