Adecco US, Inc. HR and Finance Assistant in Winthrop, Maine
Are you looking for a great opportunity? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant at a local client in Winthrop, Me. As an Administrative Assistant you will support the daily functions of both the HR and finance teams.
Some other duties and responsibilities to include:
Prepare and transmit all customer invoices
Manage customer collections and make collection calls when appropriate
conduct new employee orientations
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years' human resource or payroll experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience using ERP and MRP systems preferred.
Detail-oriented with good organization skills.
Self-motivated, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
