Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Driving global learning campaigns and monitor the adoption, impact and sustainability of all learning programs

  • Leading the effort to increase the learning content in Sulzer’s learning platform across countries, divisions and functions

  • Reviewing and evaluating new functionality in the learning platform based on Sulzer’s learning needs

  • Overseeing existing management programs, defining and executing actions based on participant engagement

  • Piloting Talent Learning interventions in countries and divisions

  • Liaising with country HRs to understand local learning needs based on the L&D Dashboard (reporting tool)

  • Embed coaching programs as part of the global learning offering

  • Ongoing vendor management, including monitoring success of solutions delivered

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Project leadership and management skills

  • Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment, predict issues, anticipate risks and solve problems

  • Outstanding communications skills – English written and verbal

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently, with a diverse group across various functional areas

  • Presentation skills – create and deliver presentations with appropriate messaging and focused recommendations

  • At least 8 years of experience in a relevant area
