Agriland FS Agronomy Supply and Dispatch Specialist in Winterset, Iowa

AGRILAND FS is looking for a well-organized and detailed individual to process orders and dispatch for our financially stable and growing cooperative business. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work in our Winterset corporate office and play an integral role in providing our customers with the petroleum and propane energy services they need.
Core responsibilities:
Execute agronomy orders
Maintain records of orders
Monitor progress of shipments
Develop working relationships with supply and transportation vendors and their representatives.
Communicate supply interruptions / outages and alternatives to stakeholders
Evaluate and understand all transportation options
Understand terminal setup and loading procedures
Evaluate location inventory
Assist with other procurement activities as necessary
Adheres to business controls and procedures of AGRILAND FS.
Performs other duties and projects, as assigned .
What we need from you:
Three years experience in ag related field
Ability to work in a high paced office environment dealing with interruptions and distractions
Customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Good math skills
Attention to detail
Good time management skills
