About the Company:

With its Corporate Headquarters located in Central Florida, DSI Management, LLC specializes in the management of communities for the elderly, residential and community training programs for the developmentally disabled, and a full range of healthcare services to individuals in their homes.

As a member of our staff, you will be providing vital administrative support to one of our many partners throughout Florida.

Purpose:

This position will be responsible for recording the cost of newly acquired fixed assets, calculate depreciation, perform accounting for disposition of fixed assets and fixed assets retirement.

Essential Duties:

Perform monthly, quarterly and annual fixed assets related analysis and produce ad hoc reports as requested.

Provide reports and assist with property tax returns. Back up preparation of property tax reports as needed.

Assist in the preparation of sales tax, payroll tax and workers compensation reports and filing.

Responsible for preparation of Capital budget. Assist in overall budget preparation as needed.

Prepare and input journal entries. Assist in the preparation of profit loss statements, Account analysis and variance analysis.

Required Qualification:

B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance with concentration in Accounting plus two (2) years’ of Accounting experience with emphasis in general ledger and preparing financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Hourly/ $25.50
