Description

General responsibilities:

· Key-Holder – Opening and closing lobby area with 100% reliability

· Greeting onsite guests and staff

· Answering calls with a welcoming voice and a smile heard over the phone lines

· Office support and coordination

Other responsibilities:

· Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and appearance of public areas

· Assisting with office maintenance and repair coordination

· Providing administrative support

· Coordinating in-office meals, meetings, room scheduling

· Making travel arrangements for staff

· Assist Business/Accounting Manager with minor accounting duties: receiving checks, preparing bank deposits, assisting with mailing vendor check payments.

The individual must have experience in the following areas:

· Multi-line telephone system

· Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Experience in a small office environment

· Ability to work independently and show resourcefulness

· Ownership over areas of responsibility

· Organizational methods, time-management skills

· Attention to details

· Trustworthy and dependable

Requirements

2+ years' of experience in an administrative role

Experience managing phone lines

Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Teams
