Summary: Experienced. Knowledge with short orders. Assisting in the kitchen, working together with meal prepping, and cooking (breakfast, lunch).Must have experienced working in high volume hospital setting. Resume must reflect experience.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Must be a team member that has culinary knowledge, caf, porter, and/or restaurant experience.

``` - Food Safety and Hygiene: the cooks will maintain clean food stations to ensure food safety standards.

``` - Cooking: responsible for the preparation of foods according to standardized recipes and production methods. Ensure high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation service and storage.

``` - Monitors food and equipment to maintain proper temperature.

``` - Wraps, labels, and dates food products before storage and/or transportation.

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience.

Work well under pressure and maintain a professional friendly attitude.

Must be able to work morning and night shifts.
