Harmony United Psychiatric Care Clinical Services Manager (in-office setting) in Winter Garden, Florida

 About HUPC

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC.  We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health, psychiatric, and psychological testing services in Florida through in-person visits and virtually through our secure online telehealth, telepsychiatry platform.  We are continually growing our staff and client base at our current locations and developing new locations throughout Florida.

Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above.

Our approach is to develop trust and confidence with our clients and treat each patient/client with compassion and respect.  We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patient/client’s specific needs.

 

Qualifications / Skills

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work that includes coursework for licensure by the Florida Department of Health Professions as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner; OR

  • Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)

  • Currently licensed or license-eligible in Florida as a Clinical Psychologist or LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC

  •  Valid driver’s license with a driving record that conforms to Agency policy.

  • Three years of professional experience in the behavioral health field

  • At least three years of experience as a Manager or Director of Clinical Services -for an outpatient or inpatient mental health facility is required.

     

    General Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for the overall quality of capable services through oversight of clinical policy development, programming, quality improvement, and staff competencies, creating and developing clinical programming.

  • Develop, plan, and implement strategies and new services for the company’s continuation and growth. Work closely with the quality assurance department, office management department, and other teams to ensure proper functioning, development, implementation and delivery of clinical services.

  • Provide direct patient care/supervision to interns or fellows up to 20 hours per week as needed.
