Job Overview

As the Senior Manager Global Program Management – EETC and CVP (remote), you will work with diverse and cross-functional teams ensure that Industrial and Commercial Transportation BU (ICT) is executing on our strategic initiatives.

The Global Platform Manager will establish KPI’s and track the progress of the EETC and CVP initiatives to ensure proper execution. You will help ICT implement the EETC and CVP global programs strategy to achieve business profit objectives. To be successful, you will be a strong leader that communicates a shared vision while driving accountability, mitigating risks, and excellent program execution so that we continue to lead in the Industrial and Commercial Transportation market.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Drive ICT organizational change to facilitate the EETC and CVP initiatives.

• Works with the workstream leaders to ensure the KPI’s for each workstream are being met.

• Leads cross-functional teams to prioritize program deliverables and effective resource optimization.

• Ensures that the initiatives meet their profitability targets through the implementation of proactive cost planning to deliver projects on time, on cost and on quality.

• Effectively manages risks and changes across the initiatives.

• Finds synergies between EETC and CVP workstreams to reduce resource requirements and provide higher value to ICT

• A problem solver that works across organizational boundaries and functions to ensure program issues are properly escalated and resolved.

• Delivers monthly presentations to ICT Sr. Leadership program status and support needed to remove roadblocks in a PAC style forum.

What your background should look like:

• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in a business, technical field, Engineering is preferred.

• 7-10 years professional experience at minimum

• Experience in organizational change.

• Proven knowledge in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management or Engineering Management

• Leading global or multi-regional teams in a matrix organizational structure or equivalent.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a fluency in English

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $154,000 – $186,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
