Frank Myers Auto Maxx is a privately owned used car dealership in Winston-Salem, NC looking to add another Special Finance manager to our Team. If you have experience as a Special Finance Manager and have a successful track record, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and offer vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended service contracts.

  • Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals with proper documentation to obtain quick funding.

  • Package client paperwork properly and mail to lenders for funding.

  • Work directly with our Sales Pros, Finance Director, lenders and customers to develop relationships and help connect the sales process.

  • Set an example of professionalism through daily actions and appearance.

  • Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.

  • Motivate, train, and support the sales staff to achieve growth and hit sales targets.

  • Forecast inventory needs.

  • Create a positive working environment to promote employee morale.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years successful automotive special finance experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets, preferred

  • Must be able to desk deals.

  • Must be able to maintain robust customer service and follow-up skills.

  • Must be able to manage, mentor and coach Team Members with excellent people skills

  • Must have competent computer and phone skills.

  • Must have knowledge of automotive systems like Dealer Track, Promax, Tecobi, ADP, and other automotive technology systems.
