TEKsystems SAP S4 Sr. Project/Program Manager in Winston Salem, North Carolina

Description:

-Everything went on hold May 2023 and internally they have been focused on enhancements to Champion on S4 (the only brand moved from AFS to S4) and any backlog change requests, etc.

-A couple months ago, realized Champion is in a good spot, but what are the CR or Gaps in moving the rest of the business, i.e. Innerwear over to S4.

-Need to be off of AFS by EO 2025.

-There is another project that is coming in that will be launched on S4. Primary modules include OTC, SD and some P2P, (No Manufacturing Yet), some Finance. E-Commerce/Retail will also be engaged.

-Champion was run in Waterfall not Agile, and want to bring in a PM who can work side by side on different initiatives to S4…lots of pre planning…what can be done with internal resources, how can we leverage SI’s, and then engaging teams and tracking to drive project forward.

-If all goes to plan HBI will probably restart SAP Transformation in Sept 2024 to move the rest of the business to S4. Manufacturing and Logistics needs to be transformed as well, and also Mexico.

-AFS first and then other business units like Socks from HFA to S4. Want to be off AFS by August of next year and then move to Socks and other business areas.

-Meeting next week with SI’s to pick up and move forward.

-Primary focus is OTC to P2P processes. This more than just project planning but someone who can drive transformation. A Diana Greenberg caliber resource.

-This person needs to understand business process flows and come from a Retail or CPG background

-Will run project in Waterfall

-Need S4 experience OR AFS

-Need to work east coast hours. Primarily remote but has ability to travel for PKO, critical project work, releases, etc. – travel wouldn’t start until Sept/October
