Job Title – Collections Specialist

What's in it for you?

  • Onsite: Winston Salem, NC (Hybrid with 2 days remote option)

  • Contract or Permanent: Contract for 12+ months with possibility for extension/hire.

  • Full time or Part Time: Full time

Pay Rate Range $18-22.

Duration: Long Term with Potential Conversion

Hybrid Role: 3 days on site 2 days remote.

Below is a list of some of the key skills which will contribute to the candidates success.

  • CPG industry knowledge (food, garment, etc. )

  • Understanding of the cash application process

  • Ability to perform reconciliations.

  • Broad knowledge of sales, and customer service

  • Commercial collection experience (B2B)

  • Ability to troubleshoot and propose new ways of doing things.

  • Ability to work in a fast past environment.

  • Goal Driven

  • Flexible

  • Prior experience must entail collection calls not cash applications.

  • At least 2 years of experience. This is not an entry level position.

  • Experience resolving deductions (working with portals is a plus)

  • Intermediate Excel

  • Pivot tables

  • V-Look Up
