About the Role As the Shift 1 Production Team Leader II, you will be responsible for leading team members at our World Class Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Winona, Minnesota. As you start your career with Watlow you will build a foundation in continuous improvement while growing your operational expertise and leadership skills. In your role you will learn how to lead teams, ensure your team is safe, a quality product is being produced, budgets are on target, products are going out on time, and we are keeping customers delighted.
