Job Description Employer: Fastenal Company Position Title: IT Manager Location: Winona, MN Working as IT Manager Search & Data Science, you will be responsible for managing daily development activities and projects for Enterprise Search & Business Intelligence - Data Science area. You will work closely with the Senior IT Manager and other managers to ensure efficient and effective product delivery in support of business goals and objectives. You will be responsible for planning, estimating, coordinating resources, setting deadlines, and assigning responsibilities while communicating progress on all assigned projects. This includes working closely with portfolio managers, product owners, project managers, and other IT managers to ensure timely application delivery. 1.Managing and overseeing daily development activities to meet service delivery and product requirements 2. Researching and evaluating new technology, techniques, threats and industry best practices to optimize efficiency 3.Performing reviews to ensure quality, compliance with policies, procedures and security requirements 4.
