Summary: The Coach position trains coworkers and monitors progress to defined training plans. Performs production work to maintain skill sets as required Responsibilities: * 2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience * Minimum of 1 year of work in area of coaching; Coach entry to mid-level production roles * Monitor, track, and schedule training with new coworkers * Complete training check lists, including re-certifications * Review training progress with trainee and provide feedback (weekly); adjust training plan as needed * Provide production supervisor with documented training status updates (weekly) * Review documentation in PFS for accuracy, quality compliance and updates * Work with supervisors and engineers to continuously improve the quality of the production training process * Inspect trainees work with sampling size based on competency of trainee.
