You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.

  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.

  • Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.

  • Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

What you need to know about this position:

Field Sales Manager for the Manitoba, Sasketchwan, North Western Ontario territory. Leading a team of 15 Sales representatives, servicing our key customers across over 300 stores.

Education / Certifications:

Travel requirements:

Valid driver’s license for the province is required and includes a favorable driving record (a Driver’s Abstract will be requested as part of the recruitment process)

Expected to be in the field approximately3 days per week.

Monthly overnight travel is to be expected.

A company car will be provided.

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

  • Comprendre pleinement les connaissances sur les catégories et les perspectives, guider l'équipe dans l'utilisation des outils de catégorie afin d'engager et d'influencer les clients pour qu'ils prennent des décisions éclairées qui permettront de développer nos catégories et de réaliser notre plan annuel.

  • Vous serez sur le terrain environ 3 jours par semaine;

  • Des déplacements mensuels avec nuitée sont à prévoir;

  • Une voiture de fonction sera mise à disposition.
