We specialize in personalized in-home care to help our clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Our mission is simple - to improve more lives!

We are seeking a HR Assistant to join our HR team, this position in NOT Remote. The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the FRHC HR department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.

  2. Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, compliance, etc.; refers more complex questions to

    appropriate HR staff or management.

  3. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.

  4. Assists with the HR phone line, answering questions or referring them to the correct party.

  5. Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.

  6. Provides clerical support to the HR department.

  7. Performs general administrative tasks such as running reports, filing, and scanning.

    Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • 0-2 years of related experience

  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication, time management, and

  • organizational skills

  • Technical proficiency in utilizing computers and generating reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the health care field

    Working Conditions

The HR Assistant will spend 100% of their time in an office environment indoors. This will require time both spent at a computer station for office work and standing for training.

The usual business hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, however this role may require some evening and weekends to meet job

requirements.
