POSITION SUMMARY: Forklift Driver Group Leader ensures productivity requirements are met. Control and document flow of material within the movement of units as well as receiving, Delivery to production, Return to vendors, Sales. Managing Warehouse Team collaborates to perform those duties.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Receive, verify, and stock incoming components. Perform correct transactions in the ERP system, archive proof of deliveries (vendor’s packing slip). Monitor receiving issues and communicate to Buyers the issues to be addressed.2. Coordinate with planning/production to have parts pulled to support the production plan. Perform correct transactions in the ERP system to reflect physical picks from inventory.3. Perform cycle counting activities to improve accuracy of inventory. Participate in the physical inventory. Perform correct transactions in the MIS system to reflect counting. Proceed due diligence search of discrepancies root cause before adjusting inventory IN or OUT.4. Ensure all shipping duties are performed in a timely manner (returns to Vendors, Sales to vendors or sister companies).5. Ensure Safety Policy rules and guidelines have been followed. Promote a culture of Safety.6. Maintain Cleanliness in the Warehouse according TLD standards.7. Reduce waste - determine new, innovative ways to provide fast, more accurate service to the stockroom customers.8. Other assignments as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or MLM (Material & Logistic Manager).OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:1. CIT: establish standards, and procedures and measures for continuous improvement and ISO certification. 2. Maintain currency with respect to technical and supervisory skills by attending training classes, special technical and administration courses, seminars, exhibits and trade shows as needed.3. Cross-train in other material control functions/departments.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:1. 2 years of supervisory experience. 5 years of related experience.2. Forklift capability required.3. Computer skills: knowledge of ERP system and Microsoft Office.
