Job Overview:

We are looking for a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting simulations to understand and predict product behavior under different loading conditions and contributing to the design process of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced FEA simulations on various mechanical components and systems• Build, develop, validate, and implement simulation models and algorithms• Analyze and interpret simulation results to support design decisions and identify areas for improvement• Post-process results to determine if products meet customer requirements• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that simulations accurately reflect product behavior• Mentor and guide junior FEA engineers, as needed• Keep up-to-date with latest industry developments and emerging simulation technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field• 1-3 years of experience in conducting FEA simulations• Strong understanding of solid mechanics and finite element analysis• Proficiency in using simulation software such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, or NASTRAN• Ability to interpret and present simulation results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
