Rate: $18/hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Equipment Cleaner for our leading Building Materials Supplier in Windsor, CO! We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Cleaner to ensure the quality and readiness of forms for various construction projects. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Form Management:

  2. Accurately count and verify incoming forms against expected receipts.

  3. Document and report any discrepancies and damages to the supervisor.

  4. Form Preparation and Sorting:

  5. Assess forms for cleaning and oiling needs, sorting them accordingly.

  6. Safely use hand tools to remove debris or damaged wood from forms.

  7. Power Tool Operation:

  8. Operate power tools, such as grinders and table grinders, to clean forms as necessary.

  9. Form Oil Application:

  10. Apply fresh form oil using provided sprayers to maintain form quality.

  11. Form Stacking and Storage:

  12. Stack cleaned and prepped forms by category and size, ensuring proper storage.

  13. Order Preparation:

  14. Pick and prepare prepped forms for outbound transfers and customer orders.

  15. Shipping and Documentation:

  16. Perform general shipping tasks, including wrapping, labeling, and producing Bills of Lading (BOLs).

  17. Housekeeping Duties:

  18. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing tasks such as sweeping and mopping.

  19. Form Maintenance:

  20. Repair damaged forms as instructed to ensure they are ready for use.

Job Requirements:

  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Safety Compliance: Use all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed.

  • Equipment Operation: Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, grinders, and hand tools like hammers and chisels.

  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to count, add, and calculate area (length x width).

  • Product Knowledge: Safe use and application of water-based form oil.
