New Vision offers limitless opportunities for passionate individuals looking to unlock a deeper value for the future of agriculture and our communities. Our growing company is in search for new talent for the role of Feed Production Technician. Summary: Performs basic level feed production tasks and assists advanced production technicians. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times. Provides outstanding and courteous customer service. Select and weigh hand add ingredients to match the mixing schedule. Assist with finished feed load outs. Assist in the operation of the bagging machine. Housekeeping. Assist with routine machine maintenance, inspections and repairs. Alert supervisor of abnormal equipment operation (unusual noises, odors, or heat emissions). Assist Maintenance Technician when required. Assist at bulk feed ingredient receiving pit or grain dump pit when required. Operate control panel and feed load out. Monitor micro bin system and tote rack inventory on a keep full basis. Train on control panel, pellet machine, and feed load out. Complete all reports as required by Supervisor. Comply with FDA s Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP standards, and New Vision policies and procedures. Accept additional responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
