Job Summary:

As a Manufacturing Cell Tech in the Commercial Group, located in Winchester, VA you will report to a technical supervisor. This position will work as part of a team having responsibility for starting, operating, and adjusting manufacturing machinery and equipment with little or no supervision. Manufacturing techs ensure products produced meet quality standards and help drive productivity by troubleshooting problems with equipment and devices

Key Responsibilities

Use technician computer to monitor and record machine statuses as well as maintain daily records of maintenance or other projects preformed

Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs

Calibrate or adjust machinery or equipment to ensure quality production

Test, troubleshoot and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment

Keep work area clean and organized

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership

Forklift, cranes and other industrial vehicles experience preferred

2 or more years of mechanical or technical experience preferred

Must be able to use hand tools ranging from common hand and power tools to fabrication tools
