  • Contract Length: Base period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, with possible extensions

Job Description

About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will serve as the Contractor’s principal Contract Manager and interface with Government CO, COR, Government representatives, and customer agency representatives. You will oversee project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and managing up to 40 contractor personnel.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing project activities, both administrative and programmatic.

  • Determining and monitoring budget and human resources requirements.

  • Ensuring Contractor employees complete all mandatory FBI training.

  • Handling staffing, managing work schedules, and addressing productivity and conduct issues.

  • Providing monthly status and quality reports, including cost information.

  • Working hands-on to accomplish team goals and resolving workflow bottlenecks.

  • Conducting quality reviews and recommending corrective actions.

  • Developing subject matter expertise in operational processing and filing related issues.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years relevant work experience in information and records management.

  • Experience in records inventory management systems/applications administration.

  • Proficiency in planning, managing workloads, and conducting quality reviews.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
