We are recruiting Maintenance Managers for several large companies in the Tullahoma, Winchester, and Manchester, TN area. If you have at least 5 years experience in Maintenance, knowledge of assembly and injection molding equipment, troubleshooting, 5S and Lean Manufacturing, please submit resume for interview consideration.

  • Lead team of Maintenance Technicians

  • Manage utility vendors, assist with expenses and budget control

  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

  • Maintain all required/necessary ISO/TS logs and reports

  • Allocate workload and supervision

  • Maintain effective and updated vendor supply list for spare parts and services

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, QA, and environmental policies

  • Technical degree is a plus

Responsibilities

Leading a team of 5-6 Maintenance technicians. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Maintain an effective and updated vendor supply list for spare parts and services. Manage utility vendors, expenses and budget control. Supports Engineering and Maintenance on defining investments needed. Keep 5S standards on maintenance shop, spare parts mezzanine and compressor room. Work with Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with OSHA. Ensure compliance with health, safety, QA and environmental policies. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. Allocate workload and supervision.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment

  • manual lifting up to 50lbs

  • standing for 6 hours at one time

  • working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
