JOB SUMMARY

This position manages installation and performs preventative maintenance, service repairs and installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Building automation systems to maintain ASHRA, OSHA, and indoor air quality standards.

Required Skills Certifications: EPA Refrigerant License or EPA Refrigerant Certificate Journeyman HVAC-R Certification preferred Drag Edit Delete

Required Skills Five years experience in air conditioning and refrigeration; experience as maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems, digital controls, logic control panels and computer interface; and commercial experience is preferred. Drag Edit Delete

Required Skills Maintain a valid driver's license prescribed by the state that is appropriate for the vehicle type operated by the driver. Must provide and maintain proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum limits of $100,000 per person/per accident, if using a personal vehicle on company business. Use all safety devices and/or comply with safety regulations, including and referring to seat belts and cell phones/blackberry, when they are on duty. Drivers must ensure that seatbelts are worn by all occupants of the vehicle. Comply with all state and federal vehicle operation laws.
