Our partner, located in Winchester Ohio, is a dynamic small manufacturing business dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to their customers. They pride themselves on a collaborative work environment and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling financial transactions, and utilizing QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you do:

  • Utilize QuickBooks for daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, vendor payments, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Assist with periodic audits.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports, sales reports, and other performance metrics.

What you need:

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
