What you’ll do:

As a Project Manager in the Aftermarket & EROW IPT you will be part of a cross functional team delivering projects to support ongoing production, spares/repairs and support of our cutting-edge AAR equipment and technologies and deal with some of the biggest names in the aerospace industry.

This is a fast-paced customer facing role with a broad range of responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience Min 5 Years

  • Hold a recognised Project Management qualification.

  • Experience of managing aerospace systems

  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation

  • Demonstrated track record in achieving challenging milestones and budgets.

  • Full Project lifecycle experience

  • Experience in commercial, engineering or operations within the Aerospace industry.

Skills:

  • Has the ability to create, manage and execute a project plan.

  • Has strong communication skills and the ability to achieve by influencing others. Ability to build relationships with customers and other external stakeholders.

  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Microsoft Project

  • Be able to facilitate problem solving and gaining engagement in resolving day to day issues.

  • Actively executes Risk, Issues and Opportunities - Management to control and mitigate the risk exposure and take advantage of opportunities.

  • Responsible for planning and performance of Life Cycle Gate, including preceding Reviews.

  • A ‘can do’ attitude is essential.

  • Ability to motivate.

  • Managing multiple projects and priorities

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Delivery focussed.

  • Clear communicator

  • Ability to lead.

  • Be able to embrace and drive change.

  • Able to present to Customers and senior leaders.
